Billing questions
Do you charge for interactions that never arrive?
No. Messaging is billed per delivered part confirmed by receipt, voice per connected second, and verification per successful verification. Failed and expired interactions are not charged.
How is currency handled across borders?
Every interaction is stamped with the rate applied at the moment it was carried, and invoiced in USD by default. EUR settlement is available on corridor contracts. There is no separate FX margin line.
Is there a minimum monthly spend?
None on pay as you go. Corridor contracts start at the equivalent of $2,000 per month across all lanes.
Are regulatory fees included?
Destination surcharges and registry fees are passed through at cost and itemised per corridor on the invoice, never folded into the per-interaction rate.
